Fall Level 3 NCCP course offering

The level three theory course is a high performance-driven course aimed at coaches who want to take their knowledge and education to the next level. It is a 28 hour session that provides a multi sport interactive learning experience for coaches, through group exercises and discussions. The level three theory covers coaching principles through such modules as planning, role of the coach, development of skills, analysis of skills, mental training and physical preparation. Following an in-depth analysis into these topics you will complete a yearly plan for your athlete(s). This project is called the YPI (yearly planning instrument) it puts into practice all that you have learned from the group discussions, workbook assignments and your own coaching knowledge and experiences.

Goalkeeping Instructions and Manuals

Unfortunately as coaches we tend to forget about one of the most important players in the game when it comes to practice drills and training. We most likely use them for shooting practice (targets for strikers) and do not properly address the needs or training specific to this unique position.
